How long does it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made with care and intention. Because every ring is  made to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for your piece to be created before it ships.
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customizable nature of our jewelry, custom rings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We carefully craft each piece based on your specific selections, ensuring it is truly one-of-a-kind.
If there’s an issue with your order (such as a defect or damage upon arrival), please reach out to us at nestledinforever@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Why do you use imperfect stones?

We chose each of our stones for their imperfections — inclusions, color zoning, and unique character.
Traditional jewelry often hides or rejects these traits, but to us, they tell a story. Just like motherhood, love, and loss, they are proof of something real and deeply felt.
Every stone represents the beauty that can exist alongside imperfection — a gentle reminder that there is still light, color, and meaning within life’s hardest chapters.

Can I request a specific type of stone or color?

Each birthstone is selected to represent its traditional birth month color. If you have a particular preference or would like us to look for a specific stone within that range, please contact us before ordering. We’ll do our best to honor your request when possible.

Do you offer gift packaging or notes?

Yes. Each order comes beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. 

How do I find my ring size?

If you’re unsure of your ring size, we recommend using a ring sizer or visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement before placing your order. Because each ring is custom-made, resizing may not be possible after creation.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking its best:

• Avoid wearing it while swimming, showering, or using cleaning products.

• Store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

• Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed — avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners.
